The room was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. The best part was the location, close to the Fish Market and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It was great to be able to park on site, and the staff was nice and friendly.
That the cleaning service could have been better, as the room maid did not do a great job. However, we made a complaint and the staff immediately sent her to clean again.

A great hotel in a convenient location, just a short walk to the Fish Market and public market. the ferry boat to Navegantes is nearby, making it easy to explore the area. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the clean rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. a wonderful hotel located right in the heart of the city.
The bathroom was a bit cramped.

The location of this hotel was fantastic as it was walking distance to the Fish Market and close to the Ferry Boat. The staff was friendly and accommodating, while the breakfast was also quite nice. On top of that, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The spacious room and comfortable bed were definitely the best aspects of this stay. Plus, the location was fantastic, right near a lively fish market and many different types of restaurants. It was great to have so many options just a short walk away. loved the amazing shower!
The cleaning service wasn't quite up to par. It took a few days for us to realize that we needed to complain, but once we did, the issue was quickly resolved.
